As the leader of ventures like Magnifica, and Magnifica Air, Charles with his partners and investors has built and scaled businesses that advance sustainable energy solutions while delivering significant value to stakeholders. His leadership has driven numerous successful investment exits, showcasing his expertise in identifying market opportunities and executing with precision. Christopher Kane

Mr. Kane is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in strategic acquisitions, sustainable investments, and structuring high-value assets across energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. With a career spanning $8 billion of traditional capital markets activities, and $500 million in behind-the-meter and utility-scale solar developments and deliveries, along with 6 GW of traditional thermal projects, Christopher has established himself as a trusted leader in renewable energy space. Christopher’s expertise includes partnering with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, and corporate entities to deliver substantial returns through utility-scale energy projects, advanced manufacturing, and commercial real estate ventures. He has an exceptional track record in specialty asset classes, including transportation, right-of-way/rail, oil and gas, data centers, agricultural operations, and energy production and storage facilities. At present, he manages ~$500M of infrastructure and commercial real estate assets on behalf of the Kane Family office, in addition to his duties at CIG. Currently leading capital market execution and fundraising efforts at CIG Companies, Christopher drives innovative debt and equity strategies to fuel sustainable growth. Prior leadership roles include stints at CBRE, Hannon Armstrong (HASI) /Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate, the Vela Group, and Regions Bank.

Charlie Fiechter

Mr. Fiechter is an accomplished leader in renewable energy, blending expertise in technology, finance, and sustainable development. With nearly two decades of experience, he has driven innovation and growth in renewable asset development, financing, and ownership. From 2006 to 2015, Charlie served as Founder and Managing Member at Greenleaf-TNX, where he spearheaded the development and operation of $125 million worth of solar power projects across the U.S. He later founded TNX Holdings and Greenleaf-TNX Resources (GTR), which were sold to Blue Planet in 2018, where he assumed the role of President. Under his leadership, TNX collaborated with CIG Companies to integrate utility-scale solar development and establish a 1.5 GW module assembly business. Earlier in his career, Charlie served as Chairman of Astonfield Renewable Resources, developing utility-scale renewable projects in India. He also held leadership roles in tech-driven companies, including Sitoa Corporation and Peplinski Electronics. An engineer at heart, he began his career at Intel Corporation and holds seven U.S. patents in eCommerce and heat transfer technology. Based in Silicon Valley, Charlie is passionate about advancing the convergence of technology and renewable energy. He holds an MBA from Yale University, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Duke University. Accomplishments: M.B.A. from Yale University; Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University; BSE Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. Charlie Fiechter has been awarded seven U.S. patents in the fields of eCommerce and heat transfer from computing devices.

Gary Glass

Mr. Glass is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership in highly regulated industries, including roles at Fortune 10, S&P 500, and private equity-backed enterprises. His career spans globally recognized companies such as Altria Group, UST Inc., ScribeAmerica, and iGPS Logistics, where he has consistently delivered transformative results in infrastructure development, project management, and regulatory compliance. At ScribeAmerica, Gary managed a workforce of over 22,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, excelling in HR strategy, compliance, and operational scaling. As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at UST Inc., he played a pivotal role in navigating a $12 billion merger with Altria Group, leveraging his expertise in M&A and corporate compliance. During his tenure at Altria Group, a $190 billion global conglomerate, he contributed to the legal and regulatory frameworks of iconic brands like Marlboro and Kraft Foods. At iGPS Logistics, he developed centralized HR and compliance functions while spearheading innovative workforce solutions. Recognized as a Top Ten Influential HR Industry Leader and a Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyer, Gary brings a blend of legal, strategic, and operational excellence. A Princeton graduate and former Division I athlete, he complements his expertise with advanced finance training from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Patrick Bisher

Dr. Bisher is a distinguished leader with over 16 years of operational expertise, including NAVY SEAL Teams. Having mentored over 1,000 SEALs trainees; Patrick now drives transformational leadership strategies for all CIG Companies platform employees. At the age of nine Patrick was told he would never walk again by doctors because of a rare hip disease that resulted in the deterioration of his left hip. He was in leg braces and crutches for over a year. Patrick had experimental surgery and was put in a body cast for 2 months. After a second surgery and on crutches for another 6 months, he finally took his first step proving the world “impossible” is just a state of mind, and continued to defy the odds with what he calls The 1% Mentality. He drove his mind and body to the limit and eventually became an elite frogman. His best seller: No Surrender, Faith, Family, and Finding your way as seen on Fox and friends, is that testimony and story. Patrick is a former Navy SEAL who served in combat in the Middle East and after his time at SEAL team three and team seven, he was hand selected to implement a distinct scenario based training blueprint for Naval Special Warfare’s (NSW) Foreign Language Program. Patrick lead as the liaison officer for the Foreign Language Program for all of NSW while stationed at the Advanced Training Center in Coronado California. After his active duty time was fulfilled, he was asked to be a contracted SEAL Mentor running the NSW selection program (SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, AIRR) for the Navy in the states of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. For 6 years he mentored over 1,000 men and women through his program teaching his G.R.I.T. Method mental toughness strategy to all. He was rated the number one Navy SEAL Mentor in the Nation. During this time, he received his Doctorate of Ministry in Christian Leadership from Kingdom University International in Grand Rapids Michigan. While teaching mental toughness, teamwork, leadership, and more to the NSW program, Patrick also lead others in professional sports and business. This consulting ranged from different levels with players, coaches, leaders, and CEO’s to achieve higher levels of personal and professional success. Dr. Bisher established a company called the GRIT Academy. This moves organizations, teams and leaders into the best position to succeed at their calling by transforming and creating the proper mentality, mindset, culture, and leadership training to his clients. This is a compendium of knowledge wrapped up into a streamline strategy that takes individuals from where they are to where they need to be. This program gives his clients all the lessons learned from the Navy SEAL teams, and teaches you what the Bible says to do as a leader in order to disciple everyone you can, while being obedient to God. Luke Meert serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CIG Companies, bringing over three decades of experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership. With an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Luke’s leadership is marked by his analytical rigor and forward-thinking approach. Throughout his career, he has held executive roles across various industries, including consulting and healthcare, where he gained expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle management. Luke’s early career in consulting allowed him to work with top organizations, where he developed and implemented financial solutions to enhance operational performance. He later transitioned to senior leadership roles in large health systems, overseeing financial operations, driving process improvements, and contributing to significant organizational transformations. His experience includes leading large teams, managing complex mergers, and developing innovative approaches to financial management. In his role as CFO at CIG Companies, Luke is responsible for overseeing financial planning, capital strategy, and resource allocation while ensuring that risk management is integrated seamlessly into the company’s operations. His strategic mindset and deep financial acumen have positioned him as a key leader in optimizing the company’s financial performance and supporting critical investment decisions.

Jeff Sheehan

Jeff Sheehan is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist whose exceptional achievements in business and innovation have set him apart as a transformative leader. By the age of 21, Jeff earned his first $100M through the successful sale of a patent, demonstrating his ability to create extraordinary value through ingenuity and strategic foresight. As CEO of Johnstone Supply The Sheehan Group, Jeff led the company to remarkable success, expanding it to 13 branches and establishing it as a leader in the HVACR industry. Under his leadership, The Sheehan Group became the first HVACR company to be recognized among the “Michigan 50 Companies to Watch” by Michigan Celebrates Small Business—a prestigious distinction awarded to companies for innovation, entrepreneurial leadership, and sustainable growth. This achievement further solidified Jeff’s reputation as a leader in fostering business excellence and community impact. In 2016, Jeff and his team secured a significant $300M+ exit through the sale of The Sheehan Group to Redwood Capital. This milestone exemplified his expertise in scaling businesses and executing high-value transactions. Today, Jeff serves as the lead investor and board member at Sheehan Partners & Trust, which holds 100% ownership of CIG Companies. In this role, he provides strategic oversight and ensures operational accountability across CIG’s diverse portfolio, which includes large-scale renewable energy, real estate, and infrastructure projects. His leadership is instrumental in positioning CIG Companies for long-term success as it pursues ambitious goals, such as delivering 20GW of solar capacity by 2032. Jeff and his wife, Amber, share a strong commitment to philanthropy, with a focus on education and workforce development. Their contributions to community programs and industry organizations have helped cultivate local talent and expand opportunities within their communities. Michael Davis

Michael Davis is an experienced investment banking professional and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has over 35 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience with a primary focus on structured and project finance transactions. His professional career has afforded him the breadth of experience necessary to advise, develop and implement reasoned solutions to complex financial and operational challenges for clients in the corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors across numerous asset classes, including, among others, renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, health care, transportation, and other esoteric asset classes. His practice has historically focused on developing and executing technically-driven structures in the debt capital markets, and is currently highlighted by transactions incorporating structured insurance, credit and other financial products, including derivative instruments. He holds an MBA in Finance from Rice University and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, maintains multiple FINRA licenses, and is an Eagle Scout.

Andrew Clapp

Andrew Clapp is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in investment and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Arc Capital Ventures and Brightside Venture Partners, Andrew specializes in advising companies on strategy and raising capital, with a focus on revenue-based financing. Additionally, Andrew holds roles as Business Development Executive, Investor, and Board Member at several organizations, including Champions of Diversity, Inc. and AlcaCruz, and has made significant contributions to the growth and funding of companies through CIG Companies and UPLUG, LLC. Andrew possesses an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Business and Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Wade Black

Wade Black is a seasoned executive and visionary leader with a rich legacy in aviation and investment management. As the former Chairman and CEO of SevenBar Aviation, Wade led the company through transformative growth, expanding its services and establishing it as a leader in air medical operations. During his tenure, he consolidated ownership, expanded into new markets, and achieved over fivefold growth. Under his leadership, SevenBar shifted its focus exclusively to air medical services, including the integration of rotor services, culminating in its sale to Global Medical Response in 2019. Beyond aviation, Wade oversees Black Family Investments, managing real estate, oil and gas assets, and aviation ventures. A tribal member of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe, Wade has held leadership roles with the Amazon Conservation Team, Young Presidents’ Organization, and several corporate and advisory boards. With a BS in Petroleum Engineering and Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Wade blends technical expertise with strategic business acumen. Recognized by the New Mexico Aviation Hall of Fame, he continues to drive innovation and excellence in every endeavor.

Sourabh Sen

Sourabh Sen serves on the Board of CIG, where he provides strategic advice on sustainable investment initiatives. For over a decade, he has guided capital deployment for utility-scale solar projects, directing investments toward high-impact renewable energy projects that offer substantial economic and environmental benefits. Mr. Sen co-founded Astonfield Renewables, leading the deployment of utility-scale solar projects across India, Oman, Mauritius, and West Africa. In close collaboration with government officials, he helped shape effective policy frameworks that spurred the adoption of solar energy in these regions. His early leadership and successes in the sector earned him the 2009 Udyog Rattan Award from the Institute of Economic Studies and the 2013 Man of the Year Award from Viki Publishers and MASDO. Recognized as a thought leader on climate change and renewable energy, Mr. Sen was appointed to the E15 Expert Committee on Climate Change, a global panel convened by the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) and the World Economic Forum. He has contributed to the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg New Energy Finance, and Renewable Energy World. He is a sought-after speaker at energy and sustainability conferences worldwide. Mr. Sen’s career began on Wall Street, where he served as Executive Vice President at National Life Insurance Company and First Investors Corporation. Building on his financial acumen, he transitioned into entrepreneurship in sustainability, recognizing the critical role that strategic capital investment plays in driving large-scale environmental solutions. In addition to his role at CIG, Mr. Sen is CEO and Co-Founder of SPACES, an urban mobility platform modernizing parking access through proprietary mobile technology. He also dedicates time to philanthropic pursuits, serving as Senior Advisor and Board Member at Don Bosco Technical University in India and sitting on the Board of Advisors for Project Starfish, an MIT Startup Exchange company supporting blind and disabled veterans. Mr. Sen holds a B.Sc. from the University of Burdwan and has been board-certified to practice financial advisory and planning services in the United States since 1996.
